Q. 1 Discrepancy in source of character repertoire:
Introduction (p. 5 of PDF document) specifies "ISO/IEC 10646-1:1993 including amendments 1 through 7."
Clause 1 (Scope), third paragraph specifies "the ISO/IEC 10646-1:1993 with its COR 1 and AMD 1 through 9."
Although AMDs 8 and 9 did not affect the character repertoire (AMD 8 added an informative annex on Han Unification, and AMD 9 specified identifiers for characters), the statements re coverage should be made consistent.
