Resolution R9911-01: Meeting Schedule

 

WG20 resolves to have the following meeting schedule:

 

2000-05-22/26: Québec, Canada

2000-10/30/11-03 USA, Malvern (or Mission Viejo)

2001-05-07/11, Tübingen, Germany

2001-10, open

 

 

Resolution R9911-02: Liaison to TC37

 

WG20 approves N721 as a liaison statement to ISO/TC37 and asks

its liaison, Keld Simonsen, to send this to ISO/TC37.

 

 

Resolution R9911-03: liaison to W3C

 

WG20 appoints Arnold Winkler as its liaison, and nominates

Keld Simonsen as an alternate, to W3C.

 

 

Resolution R9911-04: Progressing of ISO/IEC 14651

 

The editing group consists of the WG20 members attending the Copenhagen

meeting 1999-11. An email list sc22wg20ed@dkuug.dk is created

for that purpose.

 

WG20 resolves to go to FDIS ballot with this project.

The editor will send the draft disposition of comments plus a new

draft FDIS to the editing group before 1999-12-10.

The editing group needs to provide required input by 1999-12-03.

The editing group will check whether the

agreed results are correctly reflected and comment until 2000-01-07.

The editor will resolve any comments and submit the FDIS to the convener by

2000-01-14, who will send it to the SC22 secretariat for FDIS ballot

(two months) as soon as possible.

 

 

Resolution R9911-05: Progressing of ISO/IEC TR 14652

 

The editing group consists of the WG20 members attending the Copenhagen

meeting 1999-11. An email list sc22wg20ed@dkuug.dk is created

for that purpose.

 

The editor will send the draft disposition to the editing group by 2000-01-14.

The editing group will check whether the

agreed results are correctly reflected and comment until 2000-01-21.

The editor will resolve any comments and submit the approved

disposition of comments to the convener by 2000-01-28.

 

The editing group needs to provide required input for the new draft by 2000-01-14.

The editor will send the new draft to the editing group by 2000-01-28.

The editing group will check whether the

agreed results are correctly reflected and comment until 2000-03-03.

The editor will resolve any comments and if needed submit a new draft

to the convener by 2000-05-05.

 

WG20 will discuss the further processing of the new draft at

the next WG20 meeting.

 

 

Resolution R9911-06: CLAUI TD

 

WG20 authorizes the convener to nominate delegates for the CLAUI

TD meeting in the first half of 2000.

 

 

Resolution R9911-07: Thanks

 

ISO/IEC JTC1/SC22/WG20 thanks
